Home 4.0 Innovative Technologies Ltd. (hereinafter: Service Provider) is committed to protecting the personal data of its clients.
The purpose of data processing is to handle inquiries, quotations, contracts, and communication related to construction and design services, as well as to fulfill legal obligations such as invoicing and warranty administration.

The Service Provider processes personal data voluntarily provided by clients, including: name, e-mail address, phone number, billing and shipping information, documents, designs, images, and files related to orders or project planning.

Data processing is based on the data subject’s consent and the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).

Personal data may only be accessed by employees of the Service Provider and by contracted partners involved in the cooperation (e.g., subcontractors, accountants, courier services), and only to the extent necessary for providing the service. The Service Provider does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data will be retained for up to 5 years following the completion of the contract, or deleted earlier upon the client’s request, unless there is a legal obligation for retention.

Data subjects have the right to request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of their personal data, and to object to the processing. Requests can be sent to info@home40.eu and will be reviewed by the Service Provider within 30 days.

The Service Provider takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the secure storage and processing of personal data and to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
